The Project

Oxford HR is a B Corp certified global leadership consultancy dedicated to searching for and supporting remarkable leaders and teams in social and environmental impact organisations. We have supported Oxford HR for a number of years on the design of impact and research reports.

Measuring the impact of a global consultancy

As part of their ongoing B Corp certification process, and to provide a holistic overview of their positive impact as a business, we worked with the team to create their inaugural impact report.

Oxygen spent time meeting with key stakeholders to identify the key themes and values that would create the foundation of the report. We then used the data they had collected for their B Corp submission to draft a layout for the report with a smooth flow to illustrate their impact journey. We also worked with the team to design and distribute a client facing survey to inform the Sector area and incorporated testimonials from the team to add life to the report.

We concentrated on presenting the numbers in a clean, digestible format, using icons and brand colours.

Initiatives shaping inclusive leadership

Recently, Oxford HR published an insightful report on inclusive leadership within the environmental sector. Oxygen was happy to bring this to life, working on the visual identity, design, and data visualisation. With a range of data and statistics, we focused on presenting the information in an accessible format using graphs and icons to enhance clarity and impact. The result is a visually compelling and engaging document that brings the report’s focus on transformative approaches to the forefront.
