Becoming a B Corp wasn’t a milestone we chased, it was the obvious next step for a business built on purpose from day one. Going independent only made us double down on that mission. For us, B Corp isn’t a badge. It’s a daily commitment to raise the bar and use design as a force for good.

Accessibility

We embed accessibility into all of our projects from the very beginning, making sure that our clients’ work can benefit as many people as possible. We work to industry level accessibility standards to ensure products are useable by all, and test visual identities for contrast and colour blind safety, while offering alternative text and text descriptors to be read by screen readers. We’re committed to creating inclusive experiences and breaking down barriers across the design industry as a whole.

With inclusivity at the heart of our creative process, we ensure that no one is left out of the conversation, and it helps build a positive, collaborative culture in our projects where every voice is valued—ultimately leading to work that is as diverse, dynamic, and engaging as the people who experience it .

Sustainability

We know that sustainability is so much more than a buzzword, which is why it’s central to everything we do. From making sure the websites we build are carbon-friendly, to advising our clients on how to lower their digital footprint, we’re passionate about looking out for the earth and encouraging others to do the same. We also take steps internally to be planet-friendly, such as working remotely, choosing green suppliers, and hosting the Oxford chapter of People Planet Pint.

Clean Creatives

As a Clean Creative agency, we’ve committed to refuse any contracts with fossil fuel companies, trade associations, or front groups. We’re staunchly against Greenwashing and believe that agencies have a responsibility to refuse to work with organisations that are directly contributing to the climate crisis. Our CEO, Suzie, is also an Ambassador for Clean Creatives, representing them at industry events and encouraging others to take the pledge.

Design Declares

We’re part of a community of designers and creators that has declared a climate and ecological emergency. And we instill this into the projects we carry out and the clients we work with by maintaining sustainability as a core pillar of our work.

Coralku

We understand the importance of ecosystem restoration in tackling climate action and are proud to partner with Coralku, adopting corals on behalf of each of our clients. Oxygen corals are nurtured in Lang Tengah by Coralku’s team of marine scientists, who actively restore reefs and work to address regional knowledge gaps in coral reef science.

The ethos of the B Corp movement – a commitment to balancing purpose and profit – resonates deeply with our team and we are excited to one day join the inspirational network of businesses across the world demonstrating their commitment to people and the planet.

Pro bono work

Our goal is to support one charity per year with their design and brand needs, who might not otherwise have the capacity or budget to do so.

Days to give back

We have 3 volunteering days a year, giving us the chance to step away from the screens, connect with the community, and feel a little bit extra proud of the work we’re doing in the world. It’s a great way to recharge and come back to the office with fresh ideas and even fresher energy.
