The project

Oxford HR is a global executive search and organisational effectiveness firm, with offices in London, Oxford, Nairobi and Amsterdam. They search for and support world-changing leaders, driven by a passion for positive change. Oxford HR has had a presence in AsiaPac for many years working with multiple clients there, but towards the end of 2020, this has become an area of focus for them. They now have Consultants based in Bangkok, Hong Kong and Melbourne and they needed a brand demo video to explain who Oxford HR are, what they do and why they understand the local markets in this area.

Having previously produced several brand videos for Oxford HR, Oxygen wanted to explore an animated style for this project. Creating a unique style that was ‘Oxford HR’s’ would be useful to use across other regions they work in and we felt it would be a good way of highlighting diversity, and could be easily adapted to suit the needs of all the different global regions they work in.

Another reason for creating this short video, was to ensure that time poor senior leaders would be able to watch it quickly and understand what Oxford HR was all about, without having to read a text heavy document that isn’t as engaging. Especially when innovation and digital technology is a noted trend of the demographic of leaders within this region.

The AsiaPac Consultants are delighted with their animated brand video and have already had several positive comments back from senior clients. Soon to be used as part of a targeted ad campaign for the region, they are also sending it out as a support for pitch documents to new clients.
